The experienced personal trainers at Spring Fitness work hard to guide your workouts, offer support, and utilize equipment effectively. We adjust to your experience level and walk alongside you on your physical fitness journey.

Spring Fitness’ licensed massage therapists have the skills you need to fully relax after an intense workout or a long day. The massage techniques focus on specific muscle groups or overall relaxation, depending on what you need.

Drawing inspiration from others is an excellent way to stay motivated. Our team brings leadership and enthusiasm to group workout sessions, with group dynamics that foster open, fun, and supportive fitness environments.

Mike Molek

Michael “Mike” Molek has 35+ year’s experience as an athlete and bodybuilding training partner with biomedical engineering graduate studies and incorporates Tia Chi and Qigong for Evolution Wellness Training for one-on-one or couple training sessions. 

If you are looking for overall wellness training (strength, balance, flexibility, weight loss, etc.), specific sports training (football, baseball, track, golf, etc.) or bodybuilding, figure, bikini competition training – I am available to develop the right training program (including nutrition) to meet your specific goals. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to the Spring Fitness Magnolia family.

Bob Long has been a personal trainer since 2002.  He has been at Spring Fitness Magnolia since 2014. He specializes in increasing a person’s quality of life through strength, endurance, and flexibility training.  He brings high energy, positivity, and training experience to all his clients!!

Training and centering more into HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), coordination & mobility. Focusing more in Group Exercises, Classes & Bootcamps for our ongoing Soldiers, firefighters, officers, Athletes etc. Anyone ready challenge their mind & body.

Chris Hernandez

I’m Chris Hernandez, a Certified Personal Trainer, deeply passionate about both physical and mental wellbeing. With 8 years of experience as a Houston firefighter and 14 years in the US Army, I’ve gained invaluable life experience and a strong work ethic; I understand the importance of overcoming mental and physical barriers.

As your personal trainer, I’ll assist you in setting realistic goals, crafting and executing a plan, and ensuring accountability throughout your journey. My expertise in resistance training focuses on proper form and breath work, which lay a solid foundation for building strength and endurance.

I am excited to assist you with your fitness goals and witness your progress along the way.

Kari Moraz

Kari Moroz is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with AFAA, Athletics Fitness Association of America, for over 10 years now. In addition, Kari is licensed in Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids and Kids Jr. Teaching is not just a job for her. It’s a fun way to get to work out and interact with a great group of people. There is never a bad day at the gym. Working out is not just about looking good on the outside, it’s also about feeling great on the inside. Don’t miss out on opportunities to be the best you. Tonya Ornelas

Tonya has a passion for health and fitness that is felt by everyone she trains through her vibrant energy.  She loves working with people and believes this calling is what allows her to connect with those she meets on a deeper level.  Through this special connection, she can help them improve their health, wellness, and personal life.

Tonya trains individuals from teens to centenarians in Group Exercise, Bootcamp, Indoor Cycling, and Silver Sneakers and has done so for over twenty-two years. Her exuberance extends beyond the gym which she demonstrates as a loving mother to her three daughters and partner to her husband of 25 years.

Michelle Edgar-Enos

Michelle “Meeshi” Edgar-Enos teaches our Power Pilates Barre classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She grew up in Central California and has been an athlete her entire life in areas such as dancing, varsity diving, and downhill ski racing to name a few. Her passion for years though was dancing. She competed for over sixteen years and then started teaching professionally. Michelle traveled the country choreographing for dance studios and University Dance Teams that have been featured on ESPN. She also adjudicated Nationally known dance competitions. Michelle recently retired from dancing after thirty-six years to pursue her fitness goals. She is now a certified Les Mills BodyStep instructor, Dance-Barre instructor, and a Level 1 Certified TriggerPoint Therapy instructor. She has been teaching group fitness classes for about eight years and counting. She is currently in school through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for nutrition coaching. Lastly, Michelle is a Nationally Qualified bikini competitor in Bodybuilding. She loves the drive and dedication it takes to achieve goals. She loves instructing group fitness classes to help, educate, and push members to achieve their fitness goals in a fun, safe, and healthy way.

Aracelly Esther Lopez brings 25+ years of experience to the Spring Fitness Team.  Aracelly is experienced in various massages, skin treatments and holistic care custom to each client.
